Vegan Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
200g Flour
50g Cocoa
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1 Pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients
10 Dates (pre-soaked)
250ml Plant Milk
1tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Banana (ripe)
100-200g Chocolate
Instructions
1Preheat your oven to 180°C
2Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
3Process the banana, dates and plant milk until combined.
4Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil over a water bath.
5Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients, mix until combined.
6Now add the melted chocolate and mix until combined. Fill the batter into a prepared baking tin, add a few blobs of peanut-butter on top and slightly mix in with the tip of a knife.
7Crumble some walnuts on top and pop into the oven and let bake for about 25-30 minutes at 180°C. For the finishing touches drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy.
