Chocolate Mousse Recipe
By Bb Kitchen
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate (mine had 45.7g of fats x 100g)
135g water
10 Pistachios, sea salt, dark chocolate, fruits for garnish
Instructions
1First of all, you’ll have to find out how much water you need based on how many fats are in your chocolate - you can find this number in the nutrition labels behind every packet of chocolate :) Mine had 45.7g for 100g, so I have then calculated the water using this formula “ Fats grams : 34 = x : 100 “
2 So to get your water amount, you should do x = (45.7 x 100)/34, hence the result 135
3After finding out the right amount of water to use, cut roughly the chocolate and melt it completely
4Add all the water and whisk well
5Now put you chocolate in the fridge for 30 min
6After the resting time, take your chocolate + water and start whipping it with a hand whisker until you get a smooth & soft cream
7Garnish with nuts, sea salt, fruits or anything you fancy
8Enjoy!
