The Tropical Tofruiti Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups of frozen tropical fruit mix (mango, pineapple, peaches and strawberries)
12 oz. (340 grams) of extra firm silken tofu
2 tablespoons of cashew butter
2 large medjool dates, pitted
2 large ripe bananas
Instructions
1Add the frozen tropical fruit mix to a blender container along with the silken tofu, dates, cashew butter and bananas.
2silken tofu, dates, cashew butter and bananas. Screw on the blade base and blend until creamy, about 1 minute. If using a traditional blender with the blade on the bottom of the container, just add the ingredients in reverse order and blend.
3Pour out the pretty pink mixture which will be the consistency of thick pancake batter into two or three bowls and top with fresh mango chunks, strawberries and coconut flakes.
