Swirls Recipe

Ingredients
DOUGH
300g GF bread flour mix
170g water
15g baking powder or 3 g dried
YEAST
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
FILLING
2 leeks, finely sliced
50g kale, chopped
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 pinch of salt
Extra virgin olive oil for cooking
Instructions
1 Prepare the filling by adding the leeks, the kale, the garlic, the salt and 1/2 glass of water to a saucepan with a splash of oil. Cover and cook until soft(10-15min). Move from the heat and let it chill completely.
2Prepare the dough by mixing in a big bowl the flour, the curry, the salt, the yeast, the oil and the water. Mix well until you get a smooth dough. cover with cling film until it’s time to use it.
3 Preheat the fan oven at 180*
4Roll out the dough in a thin rectangular shape. Pour the filling leaving 1-2cm each side. Use little water to wet the borders.
5Now from one side roll it up!
6 Cut the roll in 2cm thick slices and move to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Pour a bit of oil on each swirl before moving to the oven.
7Bake for 25min or until golden.
