Sultana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
350g GF bread mix flour
125g plant yogurt
75gr oat milk
50g sugar
10g dried yeast
30g soft veg butter + 20 for the inside layer
125g sultana
Grated orange zest
Instructions
1In a bowl, put the flour, the yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, the yogurt, the milk and the butter and mix briefly.
2Add the sultana (you can soak it for 15 min in hot water before using, I didn’t) and the grated orange peel.
3Knead briefly until you have a smooth, velvety dough. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 2 hours in a warm place.
4After the resting time, take you dough and move it to a working table lined with baking paper, stretch it lightly and spread a layer of butter on the surface, then drizzle with sugar and roll it again.
5Place on the baking tray and let it rest for 30 min
6Preheat the static oven at 180*
7After the resting time, brush some oat milk and sugar on the surface of your bread roll and bake for 40 min
