Ingredients

½ cup almond meal

⅓ cup Medjool dates pitted

⅓ cup dried cranberries

⅓ cup shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions

1Blend all ingredients together until a thick dough forms.

2Shape the dough into 7 balls.

3Place the shredded coconut in a small bowl. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut. Enjoy!
