Ingredients

Quinoa

Corn

Guacamole

Paprika

Chili

Mushrooms

Brussels Sprouts

Chili Sin Carne

Carrots

Cucumbers

Courgette

Instructions

1Cook the quinoa for 10 minutes and then let it simmer for 10 minutes.

2In the meantime, fry the mushrooms, courgettes and brussels sprouts.

3Arrange all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy your quinoa bowl!
