¾ cup silken tofu

1 cup oat milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup

⅓ cup ice

Instructions

1Blend all ingredients until smooth. Start with 1 tbsp maple syrup and add more as desired.

2Enjoy right away! The texture may not stay as smooth if refrigerated.
