Healthy Ginger & Lemon Plum Soda Recipe Recipe

Ingredients

5 small plums washed and chopped, reserving a few slices

½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

¼ cup club soda or chilled water

ice

2-3 lemon slices

Instructions

1Add in the lemon and plum slices into a glass cup. Fill the cup halfway with ice.

2Blend together all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, except the lemon slices and reserved plum pieces.

3Strain the mixture into the cup. Enjoy!
