Cinnamon French Toast Recipe

Ingredients
2 Large Ripe Bananas
200ml Plant Milk
½-1tsp Cinnamon
1tbsp Agave Syrup
½ Vanilla Extract
4-5 Slices of Toast
Instructions
1Mash the bananas and the plant milk in a bowl (or purée with an immersion blender).
2Add in the cinnamon, the agave syrup and the vanilla extract, whisk until combined.
3Put a pan on the stove, add 1tbsp of oil and wait until it’s heated up (medium to high heat).
4Then take 4-5 slices of toast quickly soak it in the banana mixture on both sides and put into the hot pan.
5Fry the toasts for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are nice and browned.
6Now you can take the toasts out of the pan, dab up excess oil with a paper towel, and arrange them on a plate with fresh fruit, peanut butter, vegan Nutella or frozen berries, powder them with some icing sugar and you are all set to enjoy this set of beautiful and delicious French toasts.
