Burrito Wrapers Recipe

Ingredients
For the burrito wrappers:
250g Flour
1tsp Salt
60ml Water (or more)
Instructions
1Combine the flour (you can mix different kind of flours, I like to add in a little corn and some chickpea flour), 1 tsp salt and about 60g warm water until a shaggy dough forms, you might need to add a little more water.
2Let the dough rest for up to 2 hours.
3After that you can roll out very thin flatbreads and bake them without oil in a very hot pan (approximately 30 seconds each side).
4Keep warm in a damp tea towel (that keeps the wrappers soft as well).
5Now you're ready to fill your burrito flatbread with anything you like, just allow your creativity full play.
6Avocado, fresh veggies, salad, crispy tofu and tangy mushrooms, guacamole, crispy baked chickpeas or even some oven baked potatoes squares. As simple as that!
