Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups oat milk chilled

⅔ cup dry rolled oats

3 tbsp vegan semisweet chocolate chips

1 medium ripe banana refrigerated

2 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp pure maple syrup or Medjool dates

¾ tsp pure vanilla extract

pinch pink salt

Instructions

1Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender, except the chocolate chips.

2Once the smoothie forms, pulse in the chocolate chips until there are tiny pieces of chocolate throughout the smoothie.

3Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses.

4Refrigerate the smoothies for an hour or more, if you prefer a thicker texture.
