GF Vegan BLT Recipe

Ingredients

2 slices lightlife tempeh fakin bacon

2 slices gluten free bread

2 tsp vegan mayo

sliced avocado

boston butter lettuce

sliced tomatoes

Instructions

1Heat a small amount of EVOO in a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 slices of @lightlifefoods Tempeh Fakin’ Bacon and cook for a few minutes on each side until crispy.

2Lightly toast 2 slices of @udisglutenfree bread.

3Spread @followyourheart veganaise Vegan mayo on one slice.

4Top with sliced avocado, “bacon”, organic Boston butter lettuce, and sliced organic heirloom tomatoes. 😍🤗

5*Udi’s gluten free bread has a small amount of egg white in it. To make this sandwich vegan, sub a vegan gluten free bread like @foodforlifebaking!
