½ cup raw cashews (soaked for 2 hours or overnight if not using a high-speed blender)
juice of 1 lime

1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp dried dill
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

½ Tbsp adobo sauce
Instructions
1In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Taste and add more lime juice or chipotles as desired.
2Nut Allergy? Use pepitas instead of cashews and a nut-free plant based milk.
3Spoiler Alert: Chipotle Ranch Dressing will stay fresh in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for a week.
