Crispy Air Fryer Tofu With Spicy Peanut Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
10 oz extra firm tofu
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp soy sauce, or tamari
1 cup soy yogurt
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp lime juice, (juice of 1/2 lime)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1 large yellow bell pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
Instructions
1Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes if necessary. Or you can buy pre-pressed extra firm tofu.
2Cube the tofu and mix it together with the paprika, maple syrup and soy sauce/tamari. Marinade for 30 minutes, or overnight.
3Transfer the tofu to the air fryer basket and air fry for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees C/400 F. Shake the air fryer basket half way through.
4Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Simply mix together the soy yogurt, peanut butter, sriracha and lime juice. Then, add the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper and onion and mix once again.
